Neighbours alerted police on Sunday after they heard chopping noises coming from the the tiny Hong Kong apartment.
When cops arrived, the 37-year-old mum refused to let them in, forcing them to smash down the door in order to gain entry.
Once inside, officers found a bloody scene and found the young girls body in the bathroom.
