There is tremendous amount of absolutely wrong views and ideas to perceive strengths and abilities in highly competitive survival in this brutal world. I want to put out myths and childish perceptions, and show the truth.
Foremost there is an absolutely baseless assumption, that everyone is entitled to survive, and there is security to ensure this. If this is one's mind, surely that one is unfit for survival, belonging to the DEADMEAT category.
Secondarily, the silly view of MAJORITY being the Default survivors, or being The Strong, is Absolutely False, the MAJORITY are the weak and unfit, surely and firmly within the DEADMEAT category. It's most dangerous to try to be with the majority, blindly following majority inevitably just foolishly committed sucide.
DEADMEAT essentially are the majority who seriously lack strength resolute experience wits brutality skills knowledge and concept of carnage, just blindly followed rules and expect protection from system that are most vulnerable, and would definitely collapse under distressed extremes, such as wars or disasters. DEADMEAT are dead when their expected protection are gone or not functional.
Survivors are the absolute extraordinary minority, within brutally hard carnage world.
Some are wrongly perceived as the strongest possible survivors, but indeed are the weakest, their weakness and been widely mistaken by naive views, largely from the DEADMEAT category.
Next is a correction on the LUCK factor, some DEADMEAT survived on good luck, but mostly just on temporary basis
Must never be mixed up or wrongly seen as the strong survivors. Especially those who solely or heavily depending on advanced machines or tools or weapons to survive or self-protect. Typically USA and SAF type. They are indeed DEADMEAT, lacking all the requirements given above for survival, but try to substitution their weaknesses with machines, and hope that would help them, the help they could get is really too limited, and too temporary, there is no substitution for built-in abilities and qualities for survival.
These DEADMEAT are wrongly perceived as being strong, with their expensive machines, but depending on their machines exposed what they actually are - DEADMEAT indeed.
They lack abilities and resolve and confidence of carnage. They use machine hoping to substitute, hidding their own fears behind machines, inside their weak souls they are most unwilling to put their machines to use, and most afraid if enemies also bult machines and use against them.
Other DEADMEAT pathetically look upon these DEADMEAT for protection, which will fail inevitably and by definition.
